Our story started as a husband who was handy and a wife with design interest and her real estate license. We have been real estate investors through owning and managing rentals since 2013, and began flipping a few years later. Our first flip was in Rockwall, TX and consisted of simple yet stylish materials - hardwood scraped floors throughout the first floor, subway tile and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, and many more updates perfect for the modern day family!

Currently we take on projects all across the metro - full home remodels in Dallas to Master Bath Renovations in Allen, TX. No project is too small or too large for us. We have experience with small remodels, additions to existing homes to expand square footage, and new construction. Shannon specializes in sourcing and selling the flips through and Brandon manages the projects along with the rental properties. 

We take pride in our designs and craftsmanship. We enjoy working with each client's personal taste and style while bringing fresh ideas and design choices to help make decisions easier. Since we not only design, but also are the general contractors each project is implemented with ease and exceptional coordination.
